John Rhodes founded ReShift Ventures in 2017 with the aspirations to bring innovative, ground-breaking solutions to companies with unique and strategic opportunities for growth. ReShift Ventures creates win-win scenarios across the board, using its partnership-driven approach to develop strong relationships with and insights into its ventures.

John’s value creation strategy with ReShift is simple: sound infrastructure operationalizes risk. He has employed this strategy as a pioneer and investor in multiple industries. Notably, he is the founder of MBSi Corp. which he sold to Agero, Inc. in 2014. Ranging from international trade to enterprise software, John’s consulting-to-investment strategy is value-based and industry agnostic. He enjoys working on complex transactional problems by building solutions in which all parties involved can win.
